The groupthink here is fully yours, Mark. For the last time: we are a big team of journalists who do their best to provide a fair service. Yes, mistakes are made and we deeply regret them. But suggesting these mistakes are deliberate is as witless as it is offensive. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Just strange how all the mistakes the BBC have been caught out on have been in favour of our now PM

And these 'mistakes' are the kind of thing it would be incredibly difficult to do by accident as well

I think missed your point. The BBC clearly has, in my opinion been as unbiased as it could. There might isolated cases but to have 1000s of employees pre-programmed to only give one sided bias is an opinion which is misguided.

If that's true Huw and it wasn't delibrate mistakes it suggests ineptitude in some quarters.

The chances of a news division, being biased in Indyref (and pretty much every day since, it’s Scotland branch says Scotland is shit, daily), and then repeated mistakes at GE (hi Laura, hi video team), slim to none, and slim left town.

You didn't do much, really, to put them right. The original editing mistakes were much more widely seen than the apologies (🙄). The "... Report finds Facebook political ads to be misleading" was crass misinformation - it was tory ads. This was never mentioned nor corrected.
