I think what he needs to learn first is that it doesn't matter that people hate his shirt because his value and his self worth have nothing to do with what he's wearing

Please please please go and talk to a therapist and your doctor about this! I lived like that for years, just accepting thats who I was as a person and that I had to live like that. I finally found the courage to talk to a professional and it’s been life changing.

“You probably wouldn’t worry about what people think of you if you could know how seldom they do!” – Olin Miller It’s freeing, really. Most people are mostly self-centered and aren’t thinking about YOU enough to judge you. Don’t worry about it.

I think he really just needs good people as he states in his message. I worked with a shy man like this. They weren’t going to hire him at first bc the managers (all age 40+) told everyone he was weird . But they couldn’t find anyone to accept the minuscule salary so they called

Him back and he accepted. Nobody would really talk to him but I became friend with him, as I have always tried to include people that felt left out, and he told me all about his struggles with anxiety, depression since adolescence. He became more outgoing with everyone.

Oh my. He has so much to learn and therapy would probably help him a ton. Hoping he learns his value soon. His heart is clearly in the right place. Think what he will be capable of when he figures out he’s worthy of all his dreams.

I think we underestimate how easy it is to become what we hate or become the very thing that victimized us. I pray that he discovers just how much God loves him. That discovery changed my life. Sending hugs 🤗 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

Sounds like you have some psychological things to work through. It also helps to be busy. Get out of your head. Set goals, deadlines and priorities. Drop the caffeine.

It's great that you're working on it but as others said, therapy would certainly greatly help you. You don't have to be living this way, you can be happier.

Most times, people are really not judging when they look at you. They are so occupied with their problems too
