Hi, We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the difficulty. If you rest a damp sponge on the ticket and allow the ticket to absorb the moisture, it should wipe off. Please be assured we have passed your comments on to the appropriate department for their review.

Hi Dana, The flooring is made by a company called Amtico and the style is weathered elm. It can only be purchased in professional flooring stores and is not available at home improvement stores such as Home Depot or Lowes.

Hi Jillian, thanks fro reaching out. Unfortunately, we can't track specific brands or items to specific locations because the selection at each HomeGoods is unique. Each store receives shipments weekly, so new brand name items are always coming into stores.
