What does Aladdin use when there's no electricity? A genie-rator.

Mine is waiting at my local post office - I just haven't found the time to go and collect it yet. It only arrived there like a week ago though.

If you missed by intro to testing Laravel at the PHP Cape Town meetup last year, I'll be presenting it again at the Developer User Group meetup, tonight

This will start in 2 hrs from now✌️ It'll be pretty low-key. I hope you can use the opportunity to translate or write up something that you've been procrastinating! (I will😆)

They were notified on Saturday already. I ran into a Frogfoot technician on the side of the road and he said they had no idea our whole street has no connectivity. Could you please follow up with them immediately as they don't take calls from end users.

What is the FNO? And how long do they take to fix it?

Yes and the internet is still down. It's been over 5 days now with zero connectivity. This is killing my work and I need my connection back. I haven't had any actual explanation for the issue and haven't seen anyone fixing anything.

I love my Kindle, but I confess that I have never tried to read a PDF on it, so I don't know if that would be a good experience or not.

I'm on Android and Chrome OS, so Google Drive is my logical choice (although others do work seamlessly). Even before Chrome OS though, I always preferred Google Drive - more cost-effective for large storage and I find their UI for both browsing and sharing to be much simpler.
