Hi Sue, As said, we will not be providing any refunds of compensation. We made you aware that the devices needed to be installed for child safety which you did not allow, therefore we did not install the blinds. Apologies but we can't assist further. Lauren

Hi Sue, As Claire has outlined, we will not be providing a refund of any sort. We informed you that the devices will be installed, you later refused this, we have to install them to be compliant. Therefore we will not be refunding the fitting cost as we are not at fault. Lauren
