Heads Up Halifax. It's Halloween and trick-or-treaters will be out. Motorists should remain attentive, drive with caution, and ensure their lights are turned on. Trick-or-treaters are reminded to wear reflective clothing so they are easier to be seen.

If your kids are trick-or-treating this , remind them to follow pedestrian safety rules & to go down one side of the street, then back up the other, instead of crossing back & forth. Consider adding lights or reflective bright colours to costumes. Happy 🎃
