Happy Friday and ! My kids and I are always big readers, but stories have been imperative the last few months. A balm, an escape, friends. So many times in my life books have saved me. So I guess that is why I keep drawing all these readers lately.

I started a new sketchbook! This was a gift, and it is all crisp with lots of pages. Lately I want to draw myself 40 or 50 years in the future. I think it is a kind of hope. Happy Tuesday friends.

Happy Book Birthday to Speak Up! 🎉 ⠀ I hope Speak Up can encourage others to speak out for what’s right, to speak up for those who cannot speak up for themselves, and a reminder that no voice is to small or quiet to make a difference. ⠀
