Hey just because you preached a couple times doesn’t put you on first name basis with your Pastor or your elders. Be anointed but stay classy. This Casualness creeping into our midst is a passive/aggressive attack of the enemy.

Growing up in church I thought a “great pastor” would go to the mountain & get a word from God and then come down & give it to the people. Now I know better! A great pastor teaches people how to climb the mountain & get a word for themselves

. Van Gogh would never have reached his iconic status without learning from the masters before him, yet there is a difference in learning and copying. He didn’t copy Michelangelo’s style. He found his own style and connection. Don’t be a clone find your own voice.

I wasn’t going to do this but it’s already out. Just want to let my peers know I’ve officially accepted my call to preach the gospel. I have started ministry class on this morning. First sermon, coming soon. Prayers up! 🙏🏾.

People who intentionally avoid identifying you as "friend" publicly are not your friend--doesn't mean they are your enemy... Just not your friend. This was a hard lesson for me to learn. Now praise God for your real friends. 🙌🏾

What happens beyond the pulpit is as important as what happens in the pulpit. A great anointing without integrity and character is a recipe for disaster. We must allow God to break us and purge us through and through.

Ladies night was interesting to see. I didn't hear from all of them. I'm sure of the 1960's would've had a lot to impart. Holiness is beautiful. God beautifies the meek with salvation making them radiant, gems in the earth.

Young church leader: cynicism has the same effect on your leadership & growth as sin. If the devil can't make you sin, his next strategy of attack is to cause you to be a cynic of the local church. Resist. At. All. Costs.

Dear & -Never lose sight of your “calling”. Be cautious in the moves you make in ministry. If God “called” you make sure He is “leading” you, not fame, finances or friends.

There are far to many people who are bible toting and scripture quoting but lacking the belief to what they are quoting! Stop quoting scriptures if you don’t believe what’s in the Bible!
