To try to regulate the auction sites selling car parts is crazy.. this stops individuals casually selling bit and pieces legally. Is it because its easier than catching the criminals or protecting the cars from theft?

Surely, if you sell the CDs, you know longer have the right to the music? Just like you're not allowed to copy a commercial CD and sell the original.

Music transferred to the cloud and didn't keep a digital copy on a disk? What a Chump! Message to everyone - Unless you can hold it in your hand its not safe. Guess what - one day the cloud will lose a lot of information - count on it

Re leasehold issues: the solicitors have a lot to answer for. Their job is/was to protect the interests of the buyer. They should have identified the issue in the leasehold contracts and advised clients of the future risk.

Leaseholds : persimmon etc do this. They also lobbied government and got their support for their exploitative first time buyer homes. Pls ask James Brokenshire why gov continues to support big developers. Scandalous Corruption.

it is a scandal. Itโ€™s the onward sale of the freeholds thatโ€™s scandalous - that wasnโ€™t made clear at point of sale that it would happen or what the implications would be. You donโ€™t know what you donโ€™t know. Prof neg claims not straightforward

Surely your solicitor should highlight all of these issues at point of purchase? How can you buy and not realise you're buying leasehold?
