Day 11 of (@ least 15 min), I started to notice a diff. Doing plank & dolphin plank feels v different from Aug 1. Aug 1: felt worried abt my back, unstable, and it was difficult. Aug 11: feel much calmer, unified, & it's easier. 🥳 Just 1 migraine since Aug 1!
