Today was my last day of my 3 weeks doing 95 push-ups squats and sit-ups. Tomorrow-December 19, I’ve reached my goal to 💯. I can’t believe I’ve went from 25 to 100 this year. this is for you my angel 😇 🔥💪🏾

Advanced full body workout on the wonder core smart today whilst waiting for deliveries 📦🎅😂 really felt it, especially on the arms which is no great surprise 🥳 The kids even got involved! 🤗 Need to incorporate these as much as poss 💪🏻
