Jesse Norman should not be writing to MP's either. If this is independent why write to MP's? If I were an MP receiving such a letter, I would be very very suspicious indeed. The whole impartiality of this 'independent' review has now been compromised.

Isn't it more compelling that: 1. Other witnesses did see it. 2. The witness told the FBI who did not interview him. 3. The witness gave the FBI names of 25 others who may have witnessed it and the FBI did not interview any.
