Spring output is seen down 4% YOY at 597 mln bu, though lead producer North Dakota's crop is expected slightly larger. ND yield is seen at 50 bpa vs 47 last year. All other states have production down (but yields aren't drastically different YOY).

By request, here is a look at U.S. production of and by state. Winter wheat output seen at 1.33 bln bu, up 12% on the year and the largest since 2016. Eastern output lacking. Top producer Kansas has a big hand in this with yields up 15 bpa on the year to 53 bpa.
