My aim is to convince as many people as possible that whole plant foods are *good* for health. And foods high in SFA, TFA, cholesterol, refined carbs are *bad* for health and should be minimised (or better yet avoided altogether).

Sound insane to cook without oil? Think... 120 cals/tbsp with NO other vitamins/benefits. Pure fat. The first time I sauteed onions/garlic without it, I was like "oh hell no"! But the food still tastes great and off comes the weight!

Think a Whole Food Plant Based lifestyle is extreme. How about opening your chest and sewing a vein from your leg to bypass an inch or two of blockage? With thousands of miles of blood vessels in the body, how effective would that really be?

Doesn't look like much...such healthy, tasty, black lentils and rice again in my rice cooker. No fuss just one button press and ready in an hour. Seasoned w/ mushroom broth, paprika, cumin, garlic, dried porcini mushroom. Delicious, dirt cheap and yum

Consider a move to a more plant-centered diet? You may need to EAT MORE FOOD! Animal products and processed foods are more calorie dense than whole plant foods. gives an excellent presentation that should help โ€ฆ
