Our 3rd Mindfulness & Tea session. Today we focused on Gratitude and gifted out a Journal. You can train your brain muscles if you repeat an exercise for 21days which is a great way to start or end a day with intentionality and gratitude.

Our penultimate session with 6th class pupils and the group got to try a sample day in a secondary school as their activity.This required a lot of quick transitions, preparations&communication from the 18 Warriors in our group,it worked really well 👏👏
