Taken it easy today- popped into school to check out the building work then the boss wanted to go on our wellbeing bus! Spent a therapeutic hour sorting it out whilst she played then back in the sofa for Netflix! Shattered!

NHS colleagues returning from sheilding today-I have heard of such joy & happiness to return to work & see collesgeus. I am also aware that for some, their is a feeling of anxiety & nervousness. Key: Person centred approach to return. One size does not fit all.

Fox by the docks who lives on the rocks...wasn’t wearing socks though! Aberdeen is especially magical at sunrise 🌅great place to balance work and play how many cities have the sea, forrests and hills so close you can play before the working day!
