1) Mass measures the amount of matter something contains, while Weight is measures the pull of gravity on an object. 2) Mass is measured by using a balance. Weight, on the otherhand does change with location.

I was so sure I hadnt lost anything this week at weigh in, proved myself wrong losing -1.6 lbs this week. Making my total of -5.2 lbs in just 3 weeks so far! Eating better and making healthier choices, and tracking what I eat! 🥳😁
