Today I cancelled my Weight Watchers membership and I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. No ‘points’ or ‘syns’ to worry about, I’m just going to focus on eating a healthy balanced diet and working hard at the gym

Cooked cod in roasted red pepper sauce. It was good but peeling the peppers was a faff. Especially when the other half preferred the fish on its own 😏

Waking up in the B&B it's been a lovely stay after walking 32000 steps over the last two days i just hope it balances out the food and fluid intake! Lots of fish only one portion in batter one icecream healthy breakfast choices.

I’m officially down 15 lbs! It’s taken me 3 months, but it was during a bunch of work trips including New York & New Orleans where I ate very delicious food. I am focusing on the next 15 now, and I feel great.
