Had a tricky couple of eating weeks that included bbq chicken nachos (I don't regret it). Didn't even go to my mtg. last week. But got back on the wagon and went this week. I just knew I'd gained. Down 1/2 a pound. Not bad all things considered.

Today I made the Swiss cheese sandwiches with Dijon mayo from the recipe on the app. It was so good, everyone said it was the best they'd ever had. Definitely a score for 9 points!

I lost 4.6lbs this week!!!!! So happy! I did great with my diet and it felt like thinks just clicked. Now to focus on my workouts. Overall, I’ve lost 6.8lbs in 3 weeks. Need to lose: 79lbs.

I go to for the inspiration and help with my weight management. It helps keep me healthy and moving. I pray and watch my church online. Pray also with family. Treat sleeping disorder. Regular Dr. Appts. All I can do to stay healthy.
