I never ever thought it would be possible to lose weight. I wanted to be in shape so badly and I feared that would never happen but that all changed when I tried so hard. YA'LL GIRL IS BACK!! Happy to have found my neck hahaha. 🏃🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️

Treadmill... Not too bad for my first day back in 3 weeks bc of my right leg acting up. Had a shinbone splint and swollen knee bc of arthritis but im back I wont give up so easily 💪🏽
