When I began my 1st journey I studied labels & was appalled sugar content on ALL yoghurts esp the 1's marketed for children. Many people have said I'm OTT for only allowing natural yoghurt but it stands to reason & this article proves it

Weaning is fun and it’s messy but it definitely isn’t fancy! I am loving my fancy new flyers though.... keep an eye out for them around Cardiff. I’ve been putting them out and about today.

Any suggestions for a plate/bowl which sticks 2 high chair? Most suction ones I've tried don't work so Jenson eats up eating off the tray!

Day 14 of nighttime . I only let the nurse for 15 min before bed tonight, they told goodnight and eventually went to . Each time they woke up I got them to go back to sleep without ! Progress!!

The start is all about getting your little one used to different tastes and textures. 😋 They learn a lot through touch, so food is just another thing to discover and explore. Try not to worry if it seems like more of their food is smeared around their face!😂🙈

Day 13 of nighttime . Had the tell milk “good night” at bed time after they nurses. We counted down the last 2 min so they knew when it was time to stop. They slept through the night without asking for once!
