Another beautiful day around the country. Please stay safe. Drowning, undercurrents, sudden depth & temperature changes, underwater debris, Cold water Shock, Hyperthermia, cramps, Panic. My son was physically fit & an excellent swimmer open water cost him his life.

Another visit to Darley Abbey we met another group of young teenagers jumping into the water directly above the curved weir. We've had deaths here too! Please do not risk it!

4 years ago today, my friend Mark tragically lost his son Michael in the Jubilee River. He was just 20 years old. It looks an idyllic place, but the water is dangerous. Please teach your sons and daughters not to go in the water. 💜💜
