Trying to cancel my account and my calls keep being terminated. Have been on the phone for over an hour on hold. Can you clarify how to do this please as awful customer service and would not recommend to a friend.

8 years with moving house in 2 weeks to an area they don’t cover. Cut off 2 weeks early. Promised to get us back on till we move. 72 hours later still waiting.

are a joke! Less than half my speeds and now we have no internet at all till 6pm 108mb my ass more like 45mb does this mean I get half my bill bk nope they put it up £8... and customer service attitude was disgusting!!! Any recommendations?

A large amount of UK has outage from broadband from approx 1pm. What is the reason? Fix due by 2120 , 17th July 2019

cannot believe after 15 years of being a loyal customer I would be treated this way engineer didn’t turn up after booking a day off and after 23 minutes on the phone I was cut off come virgin what is going on!!!!!!!!

How's this for 38mbps fibre optic broadband from ? Absolutely terrible service, almost daily. Can't even connect to the help page 😂

So find it acceptable for a pensioners bill to go up and down but gradually DOUBLE in just over a year. He’s on the basic package plus movies and he’s paying 100 pounds, what an absolute disgrace of a company taking advantage of an old man.

Don’t you just love ? Singularly the most unreliable broadband, on-demand TV and broadcast TV we’ve ever experienced. We pay £140+ per month for this unreliable garbage. We only had reception like this with when it snowed.
