Had some tomatoes and baby peppers so I sautรฉed them in coconut oil. A touch of Tamari, salt and pepper and cooked these bitches till they almost caramelize. A litle feta cheese and a slice of spelt sourdough! Sprinkle fresh coriander. pink salt and cracked pepper!
