14 towers w/ 2900+ units going up at Oakridge by 2025, priced at $2000+/sqft, largely unaffordable to locals, being sold offshore to the highest bidder, but yeah we aren’t building enough towers to catch up to Surrey! Good job approving 35 expensive rental units!
