Amen, Russ! Not allowing the Certified Tax Rate to automatically adjust for inflation is a terrible way to be fiscally responsible. I hope that the Legislature will one day correct this issue, since both the Sales & Use Tax and Income Tax both adjust for inflation.

ICYMI: The Supreme Court asked the state to file a response to the Utah GOP's lawsuit challenging the dual-track nomination system. But, don't read too much into the request, as this has happened before only to see those cases dismissed

It was all over the news. lost 10k in donors the day after it happened. It was in a FB group and Daniels even admitted it. Maybe actually read the article? Then comment after you educate yourself?

There's way too many in "small government" willing to play this game. Ignore the prisoner's dilemma and just focus on building the best infrastructure and workforce you can. Companies will come on their own at that point.

Have I adequately highlighted that we are still on Business Item #1 of our agenda. And that it's now been two hours? Hats off to Party leaders. The chairman is doing his best to move this along, but some attendees clearly want to earn honorary degrees in debate.

Gotta admit, I didn't expect to see a coordinated marketing campaign, complete with props, for a particular date to hold one of our meetings/convention. Depending upon one's definition of "entertainment", these meetings provide mild surprises sometimes
