Op cancelled last minute. A diligent anaesthetist + surgical team realised that a post chicken pox allergy needs to be investigated before safe anaesthetic. Luckily I had mentioned it this morning, as I had been doing since Feb.

2 exhausting hrs waiting at Drs while crashed out only to be told “if you think your itchy you will be itchy” & pressured into taking antidepressants. I’m so tired of being told I’m some how making my symptoms happen,this isn’t a choice! Why are we treated so unfairly?

In my experience predominant chronic is even more difficult to treat. Good to see montelukast - relatively low risk intervention -did show symptom improvement but this was a retrospective trial.
