Here’s for We are within 5 min walk to 2 suburban centres, parks, woodland & 3 mile to the city. I own a car... but haven’t used it for 2 weeks now. This is a Sustainable community & good yet the area is still swamped with cars! Why?

Thing is we know the ingredients for making places but we rarely do it. Good based upon good and taking inspiration from our historic places is key. Local authorities are guilty esp some (like Nyorks) where car is still king in planning apps.
