Testing out game lighting and particle effects! Development is going pretty slow, but we're getting things together :) We should have a build to show off by the end of the summer, and a refined prototype by the end of the year!

Got basic movements working thanks to 's tutorial. At first I set the Player's gravity scale to 3, which made the force to push the ball act very weird. Wasted a lot of time for that. Works fine after setting it back to 1.

More progress: - Improved roam area ai movement - Spawners have better collision detection when spawning - A* graph now dynamically managed - Player dash no longer passes through colliders (and other fixes) - Other misc fixes

Spent an hour tonight figuring out why I couldn’t seem to grab a component in a child gameobject before remembering that GetComponentInChildren<> grabs the first matching component even if it’s in the parent. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Pro tip: Remember to step away and clear your head.
