What a Saturday that was. Probably the hardest but most rewarding thing I’ve done. Lucky to be able enjoy such a beautiful (but brutal) part of Wales! I’ve seen enough mud to last a lifetime!

If you see me stumbling around campus this week it’s because this Saturday I raced the Pilot Mtn to Hanging Rock 50k!Perfect way to kick my training season off. Placed 2nd in the under 40 age group and got to take home this sweet flag.
