Never knew until today that Alan Turing was also a runner who managed times many of us would dream of attaining. 2 hours, 46 minutes, 3 seconds, was only 11 minutes slower than the winner in the Olympics the same year.

Steady 9 after work. Bit lethargic after Saturdays late night antics 🍺 I’ll leave a long one till next week, touching 70 miles for September now. Pizza ordered & vs in the on TV, enjoy your evening all ❤️

Who'd wear a shirt, buff or cap with our logo on it? Would you like to help spread a little more joy through the running community and beyond? We're considering merchandising our brand both in Chestnut Brown and Tuscany Yellow.

Very eventful GNR Virtual, strong wind gusts, stopped for a toilet😊app didn’t work, forgot to put on Garmin and added extra mile at the end to have a proof that I ran 13.1 miles. But because of all these issues I feel wonderful, I did it again!

Busy work day but managed a 17 k run through the woods for fun and balance. Love this joke from Voltaire: "I decided to be happy, because it's good for health." Happy Wednesday my running friends ! 🏃‍♀️💚

Strength training again this evening💪 but why do I do this? So many runners ignore this part in their training. It can make you stronger, faster & more importantly keep injuries away. Therefore consistent training is the key to achieving your goals.

My first mass participation post covid event is a highlight for me and I usually enjoy pacing Kew 10k. Great work by the team putting on this event today. A big step in the right direction. Where are you running next?
