A7 Breathing exercises (I like putting images on the IWB with a shape that grows as you breathe in, shrinks when it's time to breathe out), listening to sounds (outside or inside the classroom) and visualising (imagine you are in a hot air balloon, what can you see...)

A8 I have these for little activities but things like teaching pause times and stop times is good. Go and play with pupils at play time and show them what to see/appreciate
