Finally got round to trying the 's buffalo sauce, so nice, with a nice heat too! Was going to give a bottle to my mates dad but think i'll keep both myself now 😂😂

So asked the mrs to send a picture of what came from and she does a better photo job than i would of 😂😂 Can't wait to try the BRU TAL on some wings... the pigasus is defo going on some pulled pork, the garlic butters going straight on some chickens.

So tonight it’s Boulanger potatoes with chicken breast wrapped in bacon and stuffed with Taleggio, rosemary and some Blues Hog rub. Also lots of black pepper from India 🤗

One bird with A&O 'The General' rub. Other with 'Porky White Chick' rub, crumbled chorizo under the breast skin. Looks a tad burnt but they weren't. I just got to spritzing a bit late. Taste and smell awesome! Very juicy. Nibbles for the next few days...

Everyone loves a decent HotDog! These are brioche buns with Jalapeno and Red Leicester Sausages. Garnished with Onions, Bacon, Whisky BBQ Sauce and American Mustard.

This week we've gone for the classic Burger King Whopper. Quarterpound 100% beef patty, using rib eye steak and hand formed. Flame Grilled using a GoAnywhere Served with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup and mayo on a toasted sesame seed bun.
