Ben, did the Commission meet in-camera to discuss this briefing note, under confidential contractual matter? I didn't think it was meeting again until Dec, 2018?

More awful, slow service on Line 1 Bloor->Finch, . Crawling, sitting in tunnels between Eg and Lawrence, then between Laurence and York Mills ... and (like last night) no announcements on trains. Value our time! Tell us what’s happening! Why is this so hard?

Thanks for the info. Questions: -Is this an ongoing restricted speed zone? -Was it in place last night and not mentioned when I asked about slow service then? -When is it scheduled to be lifted? -Is it anywhere on the website or social media? If so, where, if not, why?

25/ I can only report on an apples-to-apples comparison of (aka ) vs. 's consolidated, all-mode OpExp/ride…which isn't exact. It indicates, however, that is NOT financially sustainable to operate based on GoT's proxy metrics (~$9 Op$ubs/ride)

I wish that the Presto card for TTC and YRT had a free 3 hr transfer on it, for the TTC especially. OC Transpo in Ottawa has it a long time. Gives more time to do errands and have fun.

The train is coming. That only took 11 minutes. Maybe some accurate service alerts would be nice.

20/ When I criticize former CEO Andy Byford, DepCEO Chris Upfold & Commission for their failure to recognize the importance of, and, quickly act on reversing heavy-user Metropass decline, it is strictly a fact-based, professional judgment—there is nothing personal about it…
