Specifics: Lab tech hired with yrs of experience in NZ wasn't given credit so salary was ~new grad. Early on head office dude tried to bully us as lab hadn't ⬇ costs with automated methods. HO decided to implement new computer system on Xmas eve until I said NO!

Thx for replying. All I go by are what current trench workers say. In my brief 9-mths as 'ass-man' (on QA docs sent to me) in (manager of patient services lab, but designated as asst manager who lacked overall control, 1999-2000) it wasn't my experience.->

In the last 2 weeks, I’ve requested >100 units just like this one for my inpatient leukemia service & outpatients. As hematologists, we prescribe blood so commonly it gets easy to take for granted and forget how amazing a is. Grateful for donors, blood bankers, etc.!
