Goal in Toronto is to create a city where by 2050, 75% of all trips under 5 km will be walked or cycled. To get there, we need more complete communities. Adding housing in the existing fabric of the city is essential. But so are community-based schools and services.

Action #2 for Toronto: Fully fund . Pillar 2 of this plan is Sustainable Transportation, including Road Pricing, building Complete Streets and completing the Cycling Network. Fund all three. The plan is approved. In an emergency you just get it done.
