Tonight’s workout... what a KILLER!!! After my warmup, 15 full burpees every minute on the minute for 20 minutes wearing a 15 kg weight vest... and then I hit the resistance work for 40 mins. Love it!

My legs are about to fall off πŸ˜‚πŸƒπŸ½β€β™‚οΈπŸ’ͺ🏽 after the run and I did 50 burpees. No more effort today. It's no longer painful but it is exhausting.
