January 1, 2018, an amendment to the Move Over law goes into effect. Drivers must  or  when approaching ANY vehicle on the side of the highway that is displaying hazard lights, emergency flares or any warning lights.

I investigated traffic fatalities for many years & watched devastation, suffering & loss as a result, 7 road fatals already in 2018 TPS &Traffic Services doing a ped safety campaign from Jan16-22 is everyone's responsibility

I think it would be a great idea for tow vehicles to have light bars that extend up like highway patrol vehicles do. Also some cones around and leading up to work area. I work for a utility and it makes the area more visible to traffic.
