ROADS CLOSED: Grouse Creek Road (Cowley 14) about 2 miles south of Dexter at both sides of the bridge, and 202nd Road (Cowley 20) just west of Dexter at the Grouse Creek bridge. Both are closed due to high water.

Flood Warning for the Walnut River in Winfield from late tonight (6/18) until late Wed night (6/19). At 2pm, the stage was 6.6' (flood stage is 18'). The river is expected to rise above flood stage by early Wed and continue to rise to near 20.9' by Wed morning.
