Ondenc almost died out post-phylloxera to be revived in by the Plageoles family. This sweet Ondenc is a fairly demanding wine, with notes of chamomile tea, quince, fig, toffee, and anise, an unctuous body, fresh acidity, and a bitter marmelade finish.
