This is a big one. If you are concerned about someone, asking directly about suicide is not dangerous. People often find great relief in being able to openly talk about their thoughts and feelings about suicide.

2020, Day 215. The UK has lost appx 3827 people to suicide this year, 3/4 of those deaths will be male, suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50. It's ok to be vulnerable, it can happen to anyone. It's important to talk, don't bottle it up, open up.
