My first run was actually a walk. I did 5km in 52 minutes. A year and a half later I have done my first full marathon the . โฆโฉ told me I was ready. It wasnโ€™t the fastest time. But itโ€™s a big milestone. Thanks โฆโฉ too

Yey, kere I saw flames today! ๐Ÿ˜ซ I was well on track for a sub 3 but the wheels came off at Vilakazi Street due to heavy cramps.. ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ. At the finish I passed out, they scanned me and found that I suffered a back injury. I'M NEVER EVER DOING THE 42km HERE!!!

Completely forgot to take pictures earlier at so this will have to suffice. You may wonder why this post is so late but it's because I just woke up from a coma ๐Ÿ˜ญ. This race was grueling.

I went it just wanting to get to the finish! I had chickened out before, but today I conquered ๐Ÿ˜Š! I must say though itโ€™s one hell of a tough race I now have more respect for those who do it annually ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿฝ

We did it! Ran the streets of Soweto with my loved ones. Thank you to the incredible hospitality of the people of Soweto! Some of us did our first races, my mom won prizes, and me, well, I'm welcoming back my fitter and healthier self! ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒ
