A train arrived 3 minutes after scheduled departure. Information said it was not for public use, yet I’m now sat on it, 7 minutes after scheduled departure. Obviously couldn’t have run with a slight delay. Clear need for cancellation

Hi Baroness, I'm sure you're far more familiar with planes than other forms of public transport but it's the trains that require immediate attention.

I don't know why I ever expect a train service run by to work. Now stuck at three bridges after the Brighton train was cancelled, waiting for the next one, which is delayed with no indication of when it's due. Consistently useless service

How are you getting it so wrong?! you've had MONTHS of rail replacement at weekends, to, 'improve the signalling', on the London to Brighton line and still have no end of signalling delays!! Absolutely useless is an understatement

The usual bank holiday chaos you would expect from - most trains cancelled, no info at Brighton station. 100s people waiting for trains that are vanishing from board.

Wonder if or have looked at the weather forecast for people travelling to Brighton? The last two trains stopping at Gatwick were dangerously full so we couldn’t even get on it. It’s sunny - people will go to Brighton.

It's like the good old days of the meltdown of '16 (that of course continued for over 2 years due to poor/ lack of management).

0629 PRP-GTW cancelled at 20 mins notice. Good job I expected that and went for the (late) 0609 train so I don’t miss my flight. How’s that first day of expanded timetable going already GTR?
