To help all kids feel safe and accepted, our government is supporting sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) education in schools. Today we are so proud that all 60 school districts in BC have signed on to the SOGI Educators Network.

It goes to show that those spreading lies & misinformation about are having success. The take-away is, always question the source of the information. Talk to your kids’ teachers. You won’t get credible SOGI 123 info from anti-LGBT2+ activists.

This was my first experience with the existence of gay people too. When, in grade 9, my school district worked tirelessly to ban even discussing the existence if Queer people/families. One more reason why means everything.
