My first hog outside of the bbq class. Best thing I have ever eaten. 1.5 hours of prep, 15 hour cook time and 1 hour of tearing it up. Long process but it was all worth it.

If you use a Weber Kettle for grilling or smoking. I suggest you get a Vortex. Basically like smoking and frying all at the same time.
