Sublime smoked eel - where the business started 37 years ago! Sliver eels roasted over the open fire then smoked for 90 minutes over smouldering beech chippings. The beach is a lighter milder flavoured wood so doesn’t overpower the delicious delicate eel flavour

We had a super lunch . The smell from the Vermouth barrels is a delight as you enter. The smoked eel and cuttlefish and onions were the stand out dishes, highly recommend! ❀️
