Lindsay Brown - Stop Site C dam Aug 14

Almost complete? Rock on site? Check proposed schedule. Opposition , whose job is to question PR types on excessive dam costs seem to be in agreement with freewheeling spending. Who is responsible for financial oversight?

I'm with you in not minimizing - it is even involved in the dam. It is a marvel in a pyramid-like industrial machine linking hundreds of sub-contractors within its boundaries. Heavily involved with the cons and libs. has some advantages; I don't like it.
