Just sent another email to my MLA about inaction on COVID & deaths in Alberta. Is there an over/under for when I'll get a response? I'll take the over. Never once got a response from him to a letter, email or call. Apparently he doesn't care about my family.

I really hope our local Council members follow other’s lead and publicly denounce this change. They represent the best interests of all citizens of this County and they should vigourously call out our MLAs for acting against our interest.

Liquor and pot stores are private. Sobeys, Costco etc have their own liquor stores but don't sell booze in their main stores. Here in the liquor store is attached right next to the store. 1 exception for some reason Sobeys is allowed 1 store not near a groc store.

Love when readers accuse me of running nothing but stories of doom and gloom during a pandemic... well, it is a pandemic 🤷‍♀️ Also, if you have been paying attention, you’d notice the stories about community goodwill & residents helping each other.
