Of course it is - the Equality Assessment written by RBKC for the project described it as shared space. The scheme has failed and there's a lot of revisionist history now being applied.

Dear Ms Bulc, this is a great motivational video, but instead of "Watch again" in the end it should say "Walk again :-)". Thanks for a great work as a Commissioner 4 Transport! BTW, in Ljubljana we really enjoy the areas and pedestrian zones for the last ten years.
