First photo is on Scottish soil Glasgow-Stranraer-Larne-Belfast service). Second is NIR multiple unit No.72, ‘River Foyle’ at York RD, Belfast. Both from ‘Modern Railways’ mag, Feb 1984. I love this livery!

Hadn't registered that Weymouth Quay was given the treatment (i.e. white BR symbol on background rather than ); should be noted, as is my habit, that the logo is the positive (incorrect) weight :(
