If cooking a whole freaks you out, keep scrolling πŸ‘€ I simply stuffed this w/ πŸ§… πŸ§„πŸ‹& seasoned the outside w/ olive oil, caper juice,πŸ‹ zest, salt, pepper, & ponzu. Scored the skin and grilled the πŸ‹. Delicious and !

I had tequila-lime shrimp and grilled rice cakes! Shrimp were quickly marinated in a tequila, lime, and Valentina sauce. The grilled rice cakes are chewy with a though exterior,I covered them with black soy/sesame oil. Slightly sweet and delicious!
