Awww, yours was handmade! 🥰 My was bought and as ugly as my outfit. 😅 To my defense: I was a wild child who would wear pants and climb on trees every day. I HATED wearing dresses or fancy shoes. So I felt just as uncomfortable as I look. :P That was 1989 btw. ;-)

With my granddaughter Lilla, I decided to adopt the German tradition of giving 1st graders a before the 1st day of school. It was full of art supplies & sweets. All the other kids in the family got presents from Scholar Santa (fat, loud, opinionated, bald, beardless).
